Maitland + Alex’s wedding at Il Mercato had all the key ingredients of a classic New Orleans Wedding. Good friends and close family gathered to celebrate the vows in the courtyard and then danced the night away to the vivacious tunes of the well known Phunky Monkeys. Amanda from Mise En Place Events kept things running smooth in spite of the rain! It’s always a pleasure to photograph a wedding with such a strong team of vendors and an easy going couple. Maitland was so relaxed about the weather that we all barely noticed it. The rain wound up moving on by the time the ceremony began and we were able to go outside for portraits as well.
