Maison Lafitte in Mandeville, La is one of my favorite venues. It’s easy to reach from both Baton Rouge and New Orleans, the property gets beautiful light in the evening, and it’s close to the lakefront which is a great place for photos.

Emma + Luke’s wedding ceremony took place at a church within walking distance which made for a very fun second line to the reception at Maison Lafitte. Every detail of the day was relaxed yet timeless and classy. The big bow on the back of Emma’s dress is still one of my all time favorite dress details! Their day was just perfect.
